this week's news story is all about money. the Bank of England is thinking of making a new type of money, a digital pound! this money would be different to the money we already have because we would not be able to hold it in our hands, as there will be no cash.
Story: The government has said that a safe, digital pound is likely to be needed in the future. Users could spend the currency online and for payments made in shops or restaurants in person.
