Governance at Whitefield School

The Governing Body is composed of a cross-section of volunteers, all of whom bring their experience and knowledge to help Whitefield School achieve its aims and objectives in serving its students, families and community.

Through the local governance programme of meetings and portfolio visits, governors provide strategic support and where necessary challenge, helping to ensure that the School and its students realise their full potential.

This forms part of the Learning in Harmony Trust’s governance structure, which also includes Members, Directors and Committees which have oversight of, for example, quality, finance and compliance and operate in accordance with its scheme of delegation.

Together, we strive to work in harmony to achieve excellence for all.
